James brings over 20 years of extensive experience in sales and customer service to the City Wide team. His background includes 16 years in the banking industry, where he served as a Personal Banker and Customer Service Manager, as well as a decade in sales and marketing roles within both the software and flooring sectors.Outside of his professional life, James is dedicated to his family and actively participates in coaching his children’s diverse extracurricular activities. In his leisure time, he enjoys photography, golfing, attending live music events, and supporting the Iowa Hawkeyes.
