With over a decade of experience in operations management, Daniela handles accounting, automations, marketing, payroll, and team morale, ensuring seamless operations, and a positive work environment.

Daniela’s background as an Operations Specialist has honed her analytical skills and innovative thinking, allowing her to tackle complex challenges effectively. She holds a Master of Science in Sports Analysis, providing her with a strategic and analytical approach to her work.
Outside of work, Daniela and her husband share a passion for sports (volleyball, ultimate frisbee, ping pong, pickleball, you name it), competing in various leagues, and volunteering, currently serving as a court-appointed special advocate for children in foster care. Driven by challenges and a love for problem-solving, she aims to bring a positive mindset and foster growth in any team she joins.
