Tasheema Heyliger

Tasheema Heyliger is a clinical professional with over 26 years of experience.  She’s a Master’s prepared nurse and a graduate of both Wilmington University and Wesley College in Delaware. Tasheema has been a Registered Nurse for 26 years. She has held several diverse positions in the nursing field including: critical care nurse, inpatient case manager, outpatient oncology care coordinator, and clinical manager of Bayhealth Medical Center’s care management department. During the last eight years, she served in the role of the Program Manager for Population Health at Bayhealth Medical Center. In that capacity, she innovates, connects, and collaborates across Bayhealth and the continuum of care, including community practices, patients and families, other healthcare providers, government agencies, and community-based organizations. As an organizational resource, she provides leadership, information, and strategies to promote population health, care transformation, and risk-based payment competencies. Through her various roles, Tasheema has expertise in the management of projects, people, and processes. She is extremely excited and proud to be the Chief Financial Officer of City Wide Facility Solutions Delaware. Tasheema loves spending time with her husband, children, grandchildren, other family, and friends, as well as traveling and crafting.
