Greg Hart

Greg serves as Director of Operations, bringing with him a strong background in leadership and business management. Raised in Willoughby, OH, Greg now resides in Mason, OH with his wife Beth, their two children, Rachel and Brad, and their dog Milo.

With career experience at Cintas, Millers Textiles, J. Charles, and Designs Direct, Greg offers a wealth of operational and management expertise. He is a proud graduate of Miami University and went on to earn his MBA from Cleveland State University. Earlier in life, Greg spent nine years working for the Cleveland Indians during high school and college — an experience that still fuels his love of teamwork and discipline today.

Known for his integrity, Greg is passionate about serving others through volunteer work with Matthew 25 Ministries, Crossroads Church, Compassion International, and Meals on Wheels. In his spare time, he enjoys reading and values the people and culture at City Wide most of all.
