Rachel Gensler

Born and raised in Dayton, Ohio, Rachel Gensler joined City Wide in August of 2021 as the Director of Internal Operations. Rachel’s leadership skills have been honed over the years through her thorough process implementation and passion for development as well as her dedication to holding herself and others accountable. She is an enthusiastic and highly organized, forward thinker with a knack for identifying issues and responding in a proactive manner. Outside of work, Rachel loves to play sports, particularly sand volleyball, and loves all things nature; she enjoys nothing more than being at her family’s cabin in Canada. Rachel’s morals, values, and strength are directly influenced by her mother. She lives by the motto “inspect what you expect.” Her family are her favorite people and her most joyous memories have been created and continue to be created by her family. A new core memory would be the latest addition of her sweet baby niece.
