Olivia Caraccilo

Olivia, an Ohio native, graduated magna cum laude from The Ohio State University with a degree in Communications. She joined the company in 2022 as a Commercial Building Solutions Manager; her ability to anticipate needs, simplify challenges, and keep facilities running smoothly led to her current position as Director of Commercial Solutions. One of Olivia’s greatest professional values is the belief that strong relationships create strong results. She takes pride in partnering closely with clients, earning their trust, and supporting them with thoughtful, reliable service every step of the way. Outside of work, Olivia enjoys singing, writing, traveling, and making the people around her laugh. Go Bucks!
