Lisa Poppovich-Smith

Lisa, an Ohio native out of Massillon (Go Tigers!), joined City Wide in June of 2011. Because of Lisa’s experience with strong communication, customer service, and contract negotiation, her expertise has propelled her from her first position as a Sales Associate into multiple new levels and roles.Today as Chief Operating Officer, Lisa enjoys collaborating with the Columbus Leadership Team to continue shattering performance records, driving radical growth, and providing an amazing foundation for all City Wide employees to become successful.One of Lisa’s ultimate joys is coaching people into the greatest versions of themselves. Coaching individuals in career, sports, and life has always been her greatest passion. When she’s not working on the business, she enjoys traveling the world with her husband. She also enjoys spending time with her German Shepherd, cooking, wine and bourbon tasting, and as a graduate of THE Ohio State University – all things Buckeyes! Go Bucks!
