Greg Nelson

Greg joined City Wide in mid-2017, bringing with him an extensive commercial business background that includes operations management, business development, and customer service. His leadership style emphasizes the Operations team by offering a creative, proactive, engaging, and highly responsive customer service approach. Working closely with our Facility Services Managers and nighttime Contract Compliance Officers, Greg collaborates with each client to learn about their particular businesses, along with facility/building management challenges, to help us craft customer-specific solutions that are on-target and budget-minded. Forging long-lasting business relationships through integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction have been the hallmarks of Greg’s career.
