Chris Swartz

Chris Swartz brings over a decade of experience in construction and property management to his role at City Wide, having joined in early 2024. With a pretty expansive background overseeing properties throughout the central Maryland area, he has effectively managed a diverse portfolio of commercial construction projects, from small to $2M. His objective is to ensure execution and maintain high standards of quality. Chris enjoys playing golf, watching the Ravens and Orioles, and spending time with his wife, Kristen and two children, Eilee and Jude.
