At the end of 2019, City Wide announced that in 2020 it would be moving to a new Home Office. As of August 3, 2020, the doors to the 28,000 square foot space are now open.

Located at 15230 W. 105th Terrace in Lenexa, Kansas, it is double the size of the previous Home Office and will accommodate the growth City Wide has experienced, especially in the past few months. March to July were record months for revenue as a result of the growing need for cleaning and disinfecting services.

The space is equipped with break rooms, a kitchen with a seating area and a covered outdoor patio. Break rooms are furnished with seating booths, coffee machine, ice maker, sink and cooling drawers. The kitchen features a soda and food vending machine, several booths for seating, refrigerators, microwaves, coffee machine, ice machine, overhead TVs and access to the outdoor patio area.

Mutual spaces for meetings are plentiful with three conference rooms, three small meeting rooms as well as two rooms dedicated to taking phone calls. This provides everyone with more options for work spaces, all with enough room to allow for proper social distancing.

A new amenity to the Home Office is a fitness area and locker rooms. Gym equipment and functionality will come at a later date, once it is determined safe to do so.

The construction of this office was led by Oddo Development. Oddo Development and Basys Processing, sister companies to City Wide, will also move into brand new facilities adjacent to City Wide, totaling approximately 93,000 square feet.
