
Tim Harwell brings over 30 years of experience in sales and account management, specializing in building strong relationships and developing new business. As part of the Complete Building Solutions Sales team, he is committed to delivering reliable, high-quality solutions that make facility management seamless and stress-free for clients.
His career highlights include securing contracts with the third-largest building and shingle supply company in the U.S., supporting over 300 locations nationwide, and partnering with a major Applebee’s franchise group across 150+ locations in three states. In 2025, Tim ranked 15th out of 512 Account Executives across the U.S. and Canada.
Tim is ASHE-certified (2023) and was an active member and supporter of APIC (Association for Professionals in Infection Control) for four years. He also serves his community at First Baptist Church of Mart, managing sound and visual operations and chairing the personnel committee, and previously served as a City Alderman for five years.
