He specializes in facility maintenance, floor care and surface maintenance, cleaning and sanitation, equipment handling, and waste management, ensuring that facilities remain clean, organized, and operating at the highest standards.

Before joining the team, Roberto led a 15-member staff across three five-star hotels, where he helped improve guest satisfaction by maintaining exceptional cleanliness and upkeep of kitchens, bars, and public areas. His leadership, attention to detail, and strong communication skills help create efficient teams and consistently high-quality results.
