• Aligning with Service Providers empowers us to provide multiple professional services. This focus allows City Wide to deliver on our core competency of management, while utilizing the skills of others
.• City Wide managers are compensated to ensure you receive the highest quality of service. Each City Wide Manager has 20% of their annual compensation tied directly to customer retention. Similarly, every Service Provider is required to put up a Performance Bond so they, too, are financially committed to your satisfaction. The City Wide Maintenance structure effectively drives the owner mentality as close to you, the client, as possible resulting in higher customer satisfaction.
